I studied the commuting challenges within Lagos public transportation and analyzed existing solutions.
This included:
SWOT analysis of competing platforms
Transit behavior research
Pain point identification
User need mapping
2. User centered design
I created personas representing common Lagos commuters, including:
Working professionals commuting daily
Students navigating the city on fixed schedules
This helped align product decisions with real commuter needs and behaviors.
3. Structure & Flow design
I mapped complete user journeys for:
Route planning
Live tracking
Commute scheduling
Ticket purchasing
Account setup
The goal was to reduce decision fatigue and simplify key actions.
